Once your payment is confirmed, you can choose the date and time with the help of a schedule board. All times are displayed in your time zone so you don’t have to worry about conversion.

At the moment, we accept only Paypal as payment method. If you wish pay via bank transfer or another method, please chat with us or send an e-mail.
If you want to cancel a lesson, we request that you cancel at least 6 hours before a scheduled lesson and request to reschedule. Cancellation made within less than 6 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a penalty of 1(one) credit.
We recommend the students to use our site’s messenger or email in order to communicate with the teachers to discuss flexibility.

You need to purchase a package and deposit some amount of credits before you can access the schedule board to reserve a specific date and time.
Yes it is. You can reschedule a lesson not less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson starts. Send us a message through our messenger or email to submit your request, or discuss it directly with your teacher.
Once your booking confirmed, the tutor will contact you via email to exchange Skype id and confirm the class.
You can book a lesson in your time zone, don’t worry about time conversion.
The tutor is responsible to contact you if a technical issue occurs. However, if you don’t hear anything from the tutor, your credits will be returned. We will investigate the situation thoroughly.
